Freelance AV project designer – from 2024

• Providing project design services for AV companies focusing on installed and performance sound systems. I consult with clients and architects from the first meeting to the finalized project documentation.

• Project design support for audio system distributors, integrators, and installers - creating documentation, sound system design, modeling and simulations.

Freelance audio engineering educator – from 2024 

• I founded an online course curriculum for emerging audio engineers.

• I teach both online and in-person lessons.

Freelance audio engineer – since 2014

• I work for rental companies as sound system tech/designer (recently mainly L’Acoustics K1/K2/Kara) and I mix FOH/monitors at festivals, events and conferences.

• I can operate almost any mixing console and mainstream DAW.

• I handle and coordinate RF systems and audio IT networks (APs, DHCP, switches, VLANs, trunks) for Dante, device control, NDI etc.

• I mix FOH for music bands and musical theatre.

AVETON, s.r.o. – full-time employee 2021-2023

• Project design in the field of AV systems, stage machinery (rigging, chain hoists, trusses), interior acoustics and structural acoustics for performance spaces, event halls, schools and offices, including project documentation for public tenders.

• I perform wide range of certified acoustic measurements, such as measurements of reverberation time, sound isolation, noise and speech transmission index.

• I make 3D models for calculation and for acoustic and sound systems simulations.

• Tools I use on everyday basis include AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel/Word, Odeon, EASE, Insul, NTi Data Explorer, REW and speaker prediction software, such as Soundvision or ArrayCalc.
